Nauvoo Fabric Quilt

I made this for Mom for Christmas.  It's a stacked coins quilt that I used this tutorial to make.  I used leftover fabric from our Nauvoo Pageant costumes.  Mom has been talking about making one forever, so I finally did it for her.  Just before Christmas, she was talking about how her children don't have to get her anything.  I told her that she wouldn't turn down what I was going to give her.  I made her cry.
