Girly Stripwork Skirt

I'd seen a similar skirt online, but couldn't bring myself to pay for a pattern.  The sister of one of my college roommates posted this tutorial on her blog that worked great.  She later made an official and easy to use pdf tutorial.  I made this Halloween skirt for Cute Girl.  She wore it around the holiday season as well as part of her award-winning witch costume.
